mission and vision of RLFC is far too large to be accomplished by any one
person. We believe strongly in a Team approach to meeting the needs of
our church and community. At RLFC there are many diverse passions, varied experiences
and wonderful dreams within the people that make up the ministry teams. God
has made us all uniquely different, yet with a common goal. That is what makes
RLFC so special. Our corporate ministry team is called Team Barnabas. Barnabas*
was a man in the Bible who was well known for his encouraging attitude and
passion to help others succeed. That is what Team Barnabas is all about. Team
Barnabas is the backbone, the heart and soul of RLFC. Whether it is in children’s
ministry, taking meals to shut ins, helping cover someone’s power bill,
serving coffee or setting up the chairs for service Team Barnabas exemplifies
what Real Life Family Center is about. If you join us for one of our services
