Christmas in 4D - December
Christmas is a joyful time of the year for most but for others it is a time of sadness, loneliness, bitterness and unmet expectations. This month we are going to look at how we can make Christmas a time of joy, love and peace.
Momentum - November
Over the last two millennia millions of people have given of themselves; serving, giving, sacrificing so that those around them and coming after them would have a stronger foundation to stand on and greater blessings to enjoy. That Momentum has come to this generation and it is up to us whether to add to it and pass it on….or squander it. In this series we learn how we can be part of God’s Momentum and add to it for future generations.
What Good is God? - October
It's a question that many are asking in our nation, but it is rarely addressed in church. In this thought provoking series we will take a deeper look at some of the objections many have toward belief in God.
The Power of We - September
American culture greatly values personal independence and self-orientation, but if we are paying attention we would see that none of us gets anywhere without others. In fact, the smart person is aware that relationships are the single most important value in life. In this series we will examine the value of community and the power of unity. When we gather together around God’s vision and purpose for our lives we can change lives.
Pause - August
In this series we are going to take time to "Pause" and look at those areas of our lives that we have forgotten and refocus on the things of God. This series is going to remind us why God created us and what our purpose here on earth is. So come join us this month as we pause and get our lives back into focusing on God.
Untamed - July
American Christianity has gotten a bit bland, boring, monotonous, in a word…tame. That is not how we are designed. Faith was never meant to be tamed, but vibrant, alive and exciting. In Untamed we will look five members of the Bible’s untamed cast of characters to learn how to revive and unleash such a faith. Versus - June
In this series we explore the conflict we find when we try to bend God to our ideas of what He should be like. There is a growing rift between authentic Biblical Christianity and the modern Western version. In this series we try to identify and close that gap in our lives.
Plan B - May
Have you ever looked at your life or an area of it and said, "It wasn’t supposed to be like this!" If you are like most people you have. Let’s face it, life often doesn’t turn out like we thought. Our "Plan A" is long gone and we are living out something very different... Plan B. What do we do then and where is God in the middle of these disappointments? Those questions and answers are the focus of this series. We will look at five Biblical characters who lived through their own "Plan B" and learn from them.
Intersections - April
We will travel with Jesus during the last few days of His life. We will see what He sees and meet who He meets. Five different moments in time. Five different encounters. Five different…Intersections. From each of these five moments in time we can learn something about Jesus …and ourselves. We can take a glimpse back into history and see ourselves.
CIA - Church in Action - March
Our "CIA…Church In Action" series takes a look at the nature, purpose and function of the local church There are SO MANY misconceptions about the church. It is NOT a building nor limited to a weekend experience. The Church is the representation of God on earth and is the people, not the building. In this series we examine the roles and responsibilities of God’s people within a community by looking at four powerful metaphors.
ReDiscovery Network - February
Our "ReDiscovery Channel" series focuses on relationships. Relationships are our greatest joy and pain. Our greatest source of fulfillment and disappointment. The quality of our life is determined by the quality of our relationships. Using Discovery Channel shows as our creative inspiration we focus on the nature of relationship and how to be part of their health & healing.
Vantage Point - January
Our “Vantage Point” series was the launch of 2011 and served as a reminder of the power of Vision. We often get “myopic” when it comes to our lives and often need to be reminded of the big picture from God’s vantage point. This series helps us see beyond ourselves and the greater life God calls us to.
