A.S.L. Ministry

The ASL team will minister to the needs of the deaf and hard-of-hearing in our surrounding community for weekend services and RLFC special events.

Are you interested in learning a new language? Now is the ideal time to get on-board with our ASL ministry team. Classes and training are ongoing and open to anyone with an interest to reach out to one of the least ministered-to groups of people.

Information Technology

Set Up & Tear Down

An essential part of everything we do! Without this dedicated team, we would have no chioldren's ministry, no chairs, no stage, no musical equipment, etc. This team plays a major behind-the-scenes role in the success of RLFC. They are a dedicated group that shows up early and has a blast serving to allow the functions of the church to happen.

Greeter/Usher Team

Who is the very first person you meet when coming to RLFC? The Greeter/Usher team is a critical component to the "family feel" of our church.
This incredible and loving team performs functions like greeting at the doors, taking offering, helping people find good seats, monitoring security in hallways and getting parents when needed.

First Serve Opportunities

A Greeter/Usher team First-Serve is fun, easy, and exciting. You will be paired with another great member of this team to assist you in the normal functions of this ministry.
First-Serve in Greeter/Usher is fun and puts you in touch with many new people that attend RLFC.

HQ Maintenance

Our HQ building on Bingham in Tacoma serves our body faithfully as the home to all our offices, a pre-school, another church, as well as many meetings and ministries that use the facility throughout the week.
The HQ Maint. Team creates a beautiful, safe, and accessible campus to enhance the ministrries of the church.

Faith Team
Pastoral Care

A ministry with fantastic opportunities for you! The Faith & Pasotral Care Team takes care of hospital visitations, monthly communion at weekend services, the weekend prayer team, the intercessory prayer team, counseling, and His Healing Touch Ministry.

First Serve Opportunity

There are many areas to serve in the Faith& Pastoral Care Team, please see Colleen for your opportuntiy to be involved.

Because of the sensetive nature of some of the areas of this ministry, an interview may be required.

The food preparation and service team goes the extra-mile to bring you great meals, convienience, and pleasure through their giftings and talents. You will see food ministry all over the church!
